Payment: payment must be made by credit card or paypal at the time of booking to guarantee your place.
Participant Inclusions: the participant fee covers attendance of webconference sessions and speaker presentation materials. If after booking your place you are unable to attend you may nominate, in writing, another participant to take your place at any time prior to the start of the webconference. Two or more delegates may not ‘share’ a place at on the webconference. Please make separate bookings for each delegate.
Cancellations: regretfully cancellations cannot be facilitated but transfer to a future webconference is permissible. We will provide the speaker presentation materials to any participant who has paid but is unable to attend for any reason. If we have to cancel the webconference for any reason, we will make a full refund immediately, but disclaim any further liability.
Alterations: it may be necessary for us to make alterations to the content, speakers, timing, date or platform for the event compared with the original programme.
Data Protection: Phoenix Forums gathers personal data in accordance with the UK Data Protection Act 1998 and we may use this to contact you by post, email, telephone, fax, sms to tell you about other products and services. We may also share your data with carefully selected third parties offering complementary products or services.
